REGISTRATION PROCEDURE & INFORMATION

Registration is the process after Application and Admissions. At Moneague College, the Registration process requires payment of tuition and boarding fees (where applicable) and submitting vouchers and the registration form (different from Application Form), each semester of each academic year, ie. September/ January and May for Summer classes, if applicable. A student is fully registered when all the conditions of registration are met, including fee payment. The Registration period will begin Monday, August 30 to Friday October 29, 2021 for all students. All students are required to register online using ISIMS. STUDENTS NOT REGISTERD BY THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE LEARNING PLATFORMS OR SIT EXAMINATIONS. In order to complete the registration process, students are required to:

1) Log into your ISIMS account

2) New Students: Activate Account using college ID and TRN Returning Students: proceed to #3.

3) Select Payment Plan in ISIMS: Extended payment plan suggested if not paying tuition in full.

4) Pay relevant fees in cash to any NCB branch, or online transfer to NCB Account #58-1053274, PayMaster or at the Cashier using credit/ debit card.

5) Submit vouchers/ E-Receipts online to the Accounts Department/ Cashier via email payments@moneaguecollege.edu.jm with the subject heading, “Tuition Payment for Student Name, Programme, College ID number. If a payment is to be divided for various purposes, please specify what the payment is and the amount, for example, tuition- 50, 000, Boarding- 50,000, Repeat- 15,000, in the body of the email. This is required for clearance in order to register online in ISIMS.

6) Once you received confirmation that the payment was received, please proceed to isims.moneaguecollege.edu.jm to continue registration online. Please give at least 48 to 72 hours for a response or confirmation of payment..

All Students who are applicants of Student Loan Bureau / PATH/ JAMVAT or any other scholarship, grant or bursary, are required to pay their Ancillary and Franchise fees by October 16, 2021, as these financial institutions only pay tuition. The student’s payment is necessary for online registration to be approved and activated, in order for the student to register online and continue classes. Please contact Mrs. Petal Lee via phone or email, for further information regarding payment plans. Please scan and send any other payment vouchers to payments@moneaguecollege.edu.jm, to receive confirmation of when to check your ISIMS account to proceed with your online registration.

Online registration allows lecturers to see your name on their class lists, and when entering grades. Please note that the institutions noted above often pay late in the first semester or in the second semester in some cases. Students should therefore calculate the balance of their tuition/and or boarding fees and consult with the Compliance Officer to determine payment plans and accurate balances.

 

Students who are not registered in ISIMS will not access classes or receive grades because their names will not appear on the class lists.

 

ALL JAMVAT and NYS participants are still required to pay 50% of the fee for Registration and the balance of their tuition by the stipulated deadline before examinations. ALL scholarships, loans, grants or payment plans must be approved by the Accounts Department, by the stipulated deadline.
